Quality Control Process
We follow a four stage quality control system:
IQC (Incoming Quality Control) – Raw materials are inspected upon arrival.
IPQC (In process Quality Control) – Routine and full inspections are carried out during mass production.
FQC (Final Quality Control) – Finished products are checked after completion.
OQC (Outgoing Quality Control) – Goods are verified before shipment.
Third Party Inspection – Upon customer request, independent third party inspections can be arranged for added confidence.
Testing Equipment – Our factory is equipped with advanced instruments such as hardness testers, 2D projectors, and CMMs. All inspection data is recorded in detailed test reports and shared with customers, ensuring that every product we deliver meets our quality standards.
