Quality Control Process

1) Incoming quality control ( IQC)---Checking the raw material when reach our factory

2) In-process quality control(IPQC)---routing inspection and full inspection during mass production

3) Final quality control(FQC)---Checking the goods after they are finished

4) Outgoing quality control(OQC)---Checking the goods before sending out

Third party testing

If customer need more convincing inspection report,they can also arrange a third party inspection.

Testing Equipment

The most direct quality control is testing equiments,we have completed testing equipments in our factory like hardness tester, 2D projector,CMM etc.

All these testing datas will be recorded in the testing reports and sent to our customers for checking,we will make sure the products we delivery are all qualified.
